Beer description

For this year's Days of Czech Beer, we have brewed a special limited edition of Bernard Extra Bitter Lager 12. Thanks to the special hops, you will notice subtle citrus notes in the aroma and flavour, but the characteristic feature is a stronger and wonderfully persistent bitterness. A normal lager has about 35 units of bitterness, our speciality beer has 60!

Würzig und deutlich hopfig. Das Einschänken kann man so vorsichtig wie nur möglich machen, es schäumt trotzdem wie sau.

Das Bier ist leicht trüb und semmelgelb. Es schäumt extrem und hat viel Druck in der Flasche. Der Nachtrunk ist kellerlastig.

Das Bernard Extra Horky ist leicht trüb mittelgelb. Beim Öffnen Fontänenartig das ganze Zimmer vollgesaut. Hopfig im Geruch und Geschmack. Kohlensäure natürlich stark entwichen.
