Beer description
Today’s forecast is fair to Berry Cloudy with a really good chance that your tastebuds will be totally stoked when this bad mamajama hits them. This unique cider starts with peach and cloudberry [whatever that is]... and for those who are still reading this, here is what they are. Cloudberries are very juicy berries, and they taste a bit like a cross between a raspberry and a red currant. They are fairly tart when eaten raw with a bit of floral sweetness. Cloudberries are traditionally used to make a stunning deep ruby-amber jam with a lovely, balanced flavor. The problem is, we don’t make jam at Bishop, so as what often happens, the crew figured the jam is awesome, so why not a cider? And as usual, they crushed it [ha, get it]. For those who have never tasted a cloudberry, the cider version is semi-sweet. It has a big berry nose up front, and even bigger berry flavor. So this one is one berry, berry, berry, cloudberry. My fingers are tired. ss86 out.
