This beer was brewed for Todd Carden’s 25th wedding anniversary. We wedded French saison and Ardennes yeast for a complex Belgian flavor and aroma. Generous hopping brings out the best of the fruity flavors in the yeast and has just enough bitterness for balance out this drinkable beer.Two Belgian yeast strains and 3 hop varieties bring out the fruit flavors in this easy drinker.
