Bevog - Extinction Is Forever Addax

Come back with us to the 2010s, when we were young and crazy and had just started our brewery. We selected two hop varieties without which craft beer as we know it would be almost unimaginable. We chose Simcoe, which is used in some of the best DIPAs in the world, and Citra, the hop that defined an entire era of craft beer. We brought out our tried-and-true, delicious and smooth, cloudy base and then really went wild with the hops. Creamy and full-bodied, with an explosion of citrus fruits in the foreground, followed by notes of stone fruit, passion fruit, and a hint of pine that reminds us of where it all began. A nostalgic nod to the era when we first fell in love with hops, mixed with the haze we came to love a few years later.
