Beer description

A great West Coast IPA brewed with Simcoe and Galaxy hops. It impresses with a strong, classic bitterness and a fresh, fruity hop aroma that rounds off the taste. Strictly speaking, Galaxy hops are not exactly traditional in West Coast IPAs, but they bring out that tropical character that harmonizes excellently with the resinous note. The body is rather dry, with a hint of caramel-like sweetness coming from the caramel malt.
