The focus is on the Centennial and Chinook varieties: Centennial provides the citrus-fresh base, while Chinook adds distinctive, resinous, piney notes. A deliberately lean malt base provides balance without overshadowing the hops. The result is a modern West Coast IPA that combines traditional roots with the expertise of today’s craft brewing—straightforward, hop-forward, and with a touch of nostalgia.
