The complex aroma and taste of dried fruits, dark and sweet caramel, vanilla, coconut, cocoa, light roasting and berries is the result of a complex brewing technique combined with carefully monitored aging in oak barrels. Most of it is aged in bourbon barrels, the rest can be stored in other spirit barrels.
