The old Polish style was once forgotten but was brought up to date in a remarkable way by the Drôme Haut-Buëch BHB brewery. Grätzer, the German name, is a bitter and tangy wheat beer that is smoked with oak. Light color, aromas of leather and bacon, dry finish. A style that is rare in France and must be discovered!
