Bruckners Erzbräu - Bier Erzbräu Bergquell

A darker yellow with a medium turbidity and a little intense medium pore foam characterizes this beer purely optically. Another spicy, hoppy aroma in the nose, it goes into the Antrunk, in which next to a moderately bitter hops the carbonic acid from the first second on very intense and tingling striking. The acid remains in the middle part in which a medium body forms and malty notes become more noticeable. A metallic taste sets in the after-drink, the overall gently bitter with weak malt notes fails.
