Look The beer shines golden yellow out of the glass, shines bright, bright and really inviting. A rather lush, very fine-pored and also persistent foam crown forms on the beer. Visually, this beer is truly imperial! Odor Beer flowers Erlkaiser smells slightly malty, a little bit of yeast and a grassy and herbaceous hops. A fresh, appetizing fragrance, I find the slightly malty note particularly inviting. Taste phases 1. First taste The beer starts mildly malty with notes of bread, a little herbs and caramel, plus a fine grassy note of the hops. A mild start, very pleasant is the malty note and also the fine sour, light lemon aromas. 2. Review The Erlkaiser is on average recent, I would have liked a little more, the beer is mild and soft with a medium body. In terms of taste, it is still subtly malty, pleasantly the slightly sweet, malty note, as a contrast the grassy hop notes, which also have a little herbal notes in them.
