Beer description

Special feature of the beer flower ERLKAISER Craft Beer, brewed with heart and mind. We rely on quality, creativity and service. We from Bier-entdecken.de discovered this small, very creative brewery in the east of our country: the beer flower from Görlitz. Behind it are the beer flower brewer pair Diana Klaus-Metzner and Alexander Klaus. They brew artisanal, very creative, independent beers and whoever wants to can watch the small brewery. Brews are brewed that get the name from the Görlitz city history, such as: Erlkaiser, Barthel Schulze, Das Rauchbier 1717 (which reminds of the city fire at the time), Müller, Meier Schmidt, a stout for everyone and every woman, Baron Ludmilla von Lusatia , a very creative festival beer, and the beer flower cider is also used to make apples from Upper Lusatia. Great beers, great and very creative brewers. We introduced them to you in a short interview. (http://www.bier-entdecke.de/interview-mit-den-bierblumen-brauern-aus-goerlitz/) One of these beers is Erlkaiser beer flower, a light full beer, hoppy, green-grassy, malty and full-bodied. A beer with 4.7% alcohol, brewed in Görlitz. This beer was provided to us by the beer flowers. Thanks for that. Bottle design beer flowers ERLKAISER label The Erlkaiser is filled in a 0.5 liter returnable bottle. The label shows the crown of the Erlkaiser, including the name of the beer and a short and very accurate description. On the label on the back you can read the address of the manufacturer as well as the ingredients and the best before date. Simply packaged, but somehow also noble. Look The beer shines golden yellow out of the glass, shines bright, bright and really inviting. A rather lush, very fine-pored and also persistent foam crown forms on the beer. Visually, this beer is truly imperial! Odor Beer flowers Erlkaiser smells slightly malty, a little bit of yeast and a grassy and herbaceous hops. A fresh, appetizing fragrance, I find the slightly malty note particularly inviting. Taste phases 1. First taste The beer starts mildly malty with notes of bread, a little herbs and caramel, plus a fine grassy note of the hops. A mild start, very pleasant is the malty note and also the fine sour, light lemon aromas. 2. Review The Erlkaiser is on average recent, I would have liked a little more, the beer is mild and soft with a medium body. In terms of taste, it is still subtly malty, pleasantly the slightly sweet, malty note, as a contrast the grassy hop notes, which also have a little herbal notes in them. You can also taste a light fruitiness in the middle part of this beer. 3rd finish In the finish, the beer becomes a bit tart and hop-heavy with a slightly fruity note
