Volendams Pale Ale is a traditional Pale Ale: long-lasting due to the addition of extra hops. With a character of hops and a fruity bitterness, this is a beer for the hearty drinker. When fishermen sailed up the Zuiderzee at night, there was always a supply of beer in the forecastle for the cold nights.
