Beer description

Hops, malt and yeast come here like an avalanche. Very light at first, but then rapidly increasing. In the nose, hoppy exoticism mixed with malty toffee and a few nuances of the house yeast. A full-bodied, powerful malt body with caramel undertones then pushes onto the tongue. And yet the hops are always present, with a very clear and engaging bitterness at the end.
