For lovers of Georgian cuisine, we prepared goze with tkemali sauce (which came to us directly from sunny Georgia).
In the course of many days of experimentation, we chose red tkemali from our friends Gurmadze. The sauce contains red plums, mint and spices. As a result, we got a balanced, fragrant and lightly smoked drink with Belarusian soul and Georgian character!
