Bifrons La Bianca

Wheat beer with high fermentation and low original wort: spices and yeast, which are typical of the Belgian style, give this Blanche a fruity-sour taste. The pale, blonde, opaque color typical of this style is given by the high percentage of unmalted wheat (derived from small craft harvests in our valley). Enjoy it best by pouring it without leaving the bottom of the yeasts in the bottle!
