Beer description
English-style amber beer with added chestnuts of the Alpe di Catenaia and Pratomagno farmers, dried in the typical Casentino mountain ranges. The moderate hop method makes it possible to enhance the aroma and the typical taste of dried chestnuts, in particular the smoky aftertaste, which is triggered by the fire of chestnut wood used for drying, is perceptible.
