The historic India Pale Ale style (English export beer for colonies in India) can be found here in its most modern American version: The intense fruit and citrus flavors of American hops complement the characteristic bitter taste of IPAs, supported by a counterpart gives body and soul smell of malt. The color is dark, amber and the gradation is not intrusive.
