Bifrons Sunset

In the Sunset recipe, the Belgian profile was searched for with a mixture of selected malts and yeasts for this beer style. The slight jump leaves room for the sweetness of the malt; A good body, full of character and rich foam make the Sunset a medium-heavy red wine, excellent as a meal and tasting beer.
