Our interpretation of a farmhouse ale
fermented with a unique
yeast strain isolated from the kveik "starter"
from the Norwegian farm of the Sigmund`s family. We
deliberately did not complicate the composition of the beer in order to
maximally reveal the taste and
aroma profile formed
by this strain.
