Beer description
This sweet, full-bodied mead is made with the juice of pressed black currants, blackberries & black raspberries, and raspberry blossom honey. No water was added. It was then aged in bourbon barrels for eight months before we added Limestone Blend coffee from Dagger Mountain Roastery. Intense berries, tangy honey and chocolatey coffee aromatics. Sweet, juicy berries and a dash of coffee greet your tastebuds before a surprisingly dry finish of black currants asserts itself. Mouth coating and a little warming.
