Beer description
A tribute to the founding of Brookfield in 1836 this beer is the winner of their home brew contest. Upfront slightly fruity nose with a strong malt backbone accented by biscuit and creamy notes. This beer was made with ingredients that would have been grown in WI at that time, including Cluster hops and a Kolsch yeast.
