Binjai Sol Mate

For those of you who are familiar with Saisons, you’d know it’s a dry farmhouse ale meant for hot summer days. They took the spirit of a beer meant for summer and gave it a twist by brewing it with Kveik yeast. This strain of yeast gives the beer a distinct fruit jam aroma. Combined with lower carbonation, their Saison is indeed a beer to keep you company on even the hottest of summer days (of which they have plenty in Singapore). You might even say you’ve found your Sol Mate *wink*.
