Beer description
Sour ale with fruit obtained by adding Corniole to a beer aged in oak barrels for a year. Carnelian belongs by right to the category "forgotten fruits", it is in fact a drupe similar to a cherry, very acid and astringent, which is currently found almost exclusively spontaneous.
