BioNoc Meingose

Beer brewed following the traditional Leipzig Gose style. Slightly acid and savory, produced with the use of milk enzymes and pink Himalayan salt. The brewery produced this beer first, it is aperitif! Unfortunately it requires long production times, so it's available when there is time to produce it.
