Beer description
Sour ale with fruit obtained with the addition of 250g / L Red currant and cultivated black currant from the Dalaip farm by Pape. Very very gentle acid beer, aged in cask for more than 16 months, allows to obtain an excellent sensory marriage between the slight acid notes and the intense aroma of the berries used. In the mouth the beer re-emerges leaving a very slight acidity on the palate, the taste of currant is decidedly present and marked and only in a retro-olfactory note is a small note of brinato and alcohol.
