Quassia / Cascara Sagrada / Gentian Root / Bitter Orange / Cherry Bark / Chamomile / Lemongrass / Cassia Bark / Cardamom Seed
(Bittercube Herb Blend)
Inspired by many nights at the Tiki Bar, this fruity sour was done in collaboration with our friends over at Bittercube. We added an eclectic blend of Herbs & Spices to mimic the bittering component of the jungle bird cocktail, we then loaded it up with a blend of Pineapple, sweet Cherry, & Cara Cara Orange juice to round the edges, and pump the jams.
(Legend of the hidden temple has it, a Rum Barrel version of this might make an appearance in the springtime )
