Beer description

Dedicated to Article 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, with HOPE the brewery celebrate the great British brewing tradition through a personal interpretation of the Ale style, a pleasantly drinkable style that has experienced great success in recent years even on this side of the English Channel. Golden yellow in color with a strong presence of traditional English hops, HOPE combines the fruity notes of high fermentation yeast with herbaceous hops and rich malty tones. The nose reveals intense citrus aromas resulting from a delicate but effective dry hopping in the final stage of fermentation. Its light body, low alcohol content and persistent bitterness make HOPE a decidedly "drinkable" beer.
