BiRen - Moses

Moses is tribute to the Anglo-Saxon Stout style. Black tone and creamy and dense foam whose nose already reveals the complexity of the various dark malts used and the fruity aromas of high fermentation yeast. A soft sensation and a medium body prepare the palate for the grand finale of coffee notes, mixed with hints of dark chocolate, dried plums and the slightly smoky taste of toasted grains.
