Biren Robby

For Robby the brewery has chosen to use only and exclusively sour cherries. The color is a clear pink, the foam is light and dissolves instantly. The nose stands out the natural aroma of the red fruit, sweet and delicate, while the palate is refreshed by a clear acidulous note, which is accentuated in the finish, removing the expectations of excessive sweetness.
