Beer description

Do not be fooled by the delicate name, this beer will surprise you, Bock, in fact, literally in German means "Caprone" and its stylistic variant, Doppelbock, was originally produced by the monks to overcome the long periods of fasting that the order required. Sylvie has an intense dark brown color, rich in coppery reflections and a dense and persistent foam, which reveals complex aromas of dark and toasted malts on the nose. Sylvie is full-bodied, with definite notes of chocolate and hazelnuts, the alcohol content is quite high, but do not panic, despite the body, the finish is dry and the aroma of the hop remains pleasantly on the palate.
