In TON the brewery finds, in a perfect balance, all the peculiar characteristics of an ipa: the intense yellow color, the immediately perceptible hopping, but not exaggerated in the floral and herbaceous notes, the bitter, recognizable and persistent, the body not too much structured, which gives balance between contrasts.
