Beer description

Beer inspired by German pilsners . Golden, clear, its sight triggers thirst. It has notes of cereal and light bread crust , herbaceous and floral. It closes with a light bitterness. PAIRINGS: excellent aperitif, it goes well with croutons with bitter herbs , trenette with pesto and lean lasagna .
