Our line of gluten-free craft beers #Befree was born in 2019, after Marianna, our youngest daughter, was diagnosed with celiac disease. We studied, experimented and created ad hoc, original recipes, not only deglutinated the beers of our traditional line. All batches are analyzed by an external laboratory, which verifies the presence of less than 20ppm. White, slightly cloudy, it is a gluten-free craft beer Blanche fresh and light. The citrus notes of orange peel stand out on the nose, which are also found in the mouth, together with the spicy notes of coriander. Good acidity on the finish of the drink.
