Birra Carrù - Yule

Yule is the winter solstice in Germanic and Celtic tradition. It is celebrated between 21 and 22 December on the longest night of the year. Dark, intense, it is a Strong Belgian Ale with a dense heart. We brew it with cocoa beans selected by master chocolatier Silvio Bessone in São Tomé, Africa. It conquers with hints of chocolate, coffee and tobacco. Indispensable, with persistent foam. Perfect for ageing over the years.
