Beer description
Beer created in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops and Mr Malt in the style of DDH New England Ipa. Brewed on a solid base of oats and wheat that give it a soft and silky body. During the maturation phase, a large quantity of new generation hops is added, where the Yakima Chief Hops blend in Cryo format stands out.
Beer with a velvety push and abundant foam.
Tropical notes of pineapple and papaya explode on the nose with hints of peach.
In the mouth it is decisive and soft with tropical hints that constantly reappear, invading the palate.
Well-defined and clear aromatic nuances, together with an enveloping body, make this beer extremely intriguing.

Hopped with Citra, Azacca, Sabro.
Dry-hopped with Cryo Pop, Citra, Sabro Cryo, Azacca.
