Modern Italian Grape Ale produced using 30% fresh Verdicchio must.
Brewed by blending the various production techniques studied in the Italian Grape Ales created to date. The beer must and the wine must blend together creating a unique product that at the same time brings out the facets of both. The chosen yeast produces an elegant and clean fermentation profile, giving fruity aromas of peach, apricot and intense floral sensations that enhance the drink.
On the palate the high glycerol content creates unexpected softness by smoothing out all the rough edges, while the final dryness due to the absence of residual sugars creates a palate cleansing, making this beer dangerously drinkable.
