Beer description
A beer with a slightly opalescent yellow colour and white foam.
The aroma, fresh and heady given by the Belgian yeast, is unmistakable, with a fruity (banana and peach) and floral (white flowers) touch, followed by citrusy and peppery hints also given by the pepper used. pepper-like berry and wild variety from the mountains of Nepal.
Malts: Pils, malted wheat, malted oats and malted spelt.
Hops: Magnum, Amarillo, Citra, Sabro.
Spices: Timur pepper.
