Birra Garlatti Costa - GaTrifase

Born from the collaboration with the Birrificio Foglie d'Erba of Forni di Sopra (UD) thanks to the friendship that unites us, it wants to unite the world of hoppy beers (typical of the Forni brewery) with that of Belgian beers (which distinguishes us most). We wanted to develop a classic Belgian tripel style by giving it a generous US-style hop flavour. The color is golden and the foam is white and persistent. The aroma is clearly dominated by US hops with notes of exotic fruits, lychee, mango, gooseberry and a light floral and spicy note due to the Belgian yeast. In the mouth it is dry and smooth with returns of hoppy aromas and a clean and moderately bitter finish.
