It is a particularly delicate beer: the signature of our master brewer is clearly visible in it, and consequently what is the approach of LA RÜ beer to the world of brewing. Like all unpasteurized and unmicrofiltered low fermentations, it requires particular care and attention in the entire production process as well as in conservation and respect for the cold chain. The beer is also a particular interpretation of the Pilsner style: we have concentrated our study and research work on the fusion of the characteristics of the two main declinations of the style itself: the Czech one on the one hand, softer and maltier, and the German one on the other, drier and hoppier, with the intention of enhancing both in their peculiarities.
