For Viola 10th Anniversary, an unfiltered pale ale, flowering hops and 100% Italian malts were chosen to give it citrus aromas and sweet notes. On the palate, a decisive but not leading bitterness is balanced by a dry, rounded body, accompanied by a light floral touch and a fresh resinous base.
