Beer with a deep gold color, fine and persistent white foam. Scents of meadow and almost banana-like grass, with notes of hay and earthy. Sweet and honeyed body well balanced by notes of dandelion and a light smoky flavor. Closes with a warm aftertaste and a soft finish. Km0 because most of the ingredients come from the province of Brescia. It goes well with aged cheeses, dry cakes, game with boiled herbs.
