Oud Bruin with fruit obtained by adding 250g/L of morello cherries of two distinct varieties, Stevemberg and Sat Morel, collected in the area of Vigolo Vattaro (TN), the scurs base used, aged in barrels for more than 13 months, allows for an excellent sensory marriage between the light acidic notes, the toasted and cocoa taste of the malt and the intense aroma of the morello cherries. The color is therefore dark, but a careful eye will not miss a light shade of deep red given by the fruit itself. It evokes memories of winter and those desserts based on cocoa and red fruits.
