Beer description

It is not exactly a recognized style, but a beer that is brewed especially in the northern part of the United States using SPRUCE TIPS which are fir needles. The recipe wants to highlight the characteristics of the fir needles, so we chose a simple base using a single malt, a neutral yeast and a single hop, Chinook which for its woody and resinous characteristics, serves to give support to the fir needles, but without overwhelming.
