Black IPAs are beers born in a period in which every style variation was added to the word IPA, in a succession of hybrids such as white IPA, Belgian IPA, saison IPA, etc... After the initial inebriation, almost all of these styles disappeared and even Black IPAs are no longer very popular. The same fate could have befallen our first Black IPA, created in 2016 and called Black Hop Sun. However, as soon as we raised the possibility of stopping production there was a small revolt among the passionate drinkers of this beer and so we decided not only to keep a Black IPA in the catalogue but to renew the recipe to create the Regeneration . Giving new life to a beer that is apparently a contradiction in terms . A beer made of contrasts between opposite extremes . The fruitiness of the hops against the toasted aromas of the dark malts. The residual sweetness of the large amount of cereals used against the important bitterness typical of this style. It's a beer to love or hate . It's our Regeneration .
