Bottle-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised craft beer, characterised by the addition of ‘Pistacchio Verde di Bronte D.O.P.’. Complex and fine aroma with intense, fruity, floral hints of rose, spicy hints of cloves and dried fruit. Goes well with saffron risotto, pasta with pistachio and traditional pesto, pizza, white meats and cheeses such as ragusano, provola, pecorino and piacentino ennese. Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, sugar, ‘pistachio verde di Bronte D.O.P.’. 4 %, hops, yeast.
