Beer description
Our beers are born from an ARTISAN PRODUCTION method , unfiltered and unpasteurized.
A common feature of all our beers is the use of spring water from Monte Serra and ITALIAN RAW MATERIALS .
Characterized by ROASTED and TOASTED aromas , the addition of SMOKED MALT gives it a surprising BALANCE on the palate. Important body and moderate carbonation, with complex flavors and aromas, lightly smoked with tones of chocolate and coffee attenuated by fragrances of caramel, malt and bread crust. Dry aftertaste.
Peculiarity of craft beer is the bottling without the addition of preservatives and gas, created naturally with refermentation.
To this we add the love and passion for our work so that every day an excellent beer is born.
