Our Scarlett wants to celebrate this historically important function: it is meant to provide nourishment. And so its aroma is that of barley, which is roasted to different degrees and then mixed, its color is that of the hearth, its alcohol content is that of a good, but not overpowering warmth, and it remains the vessel of lively drinking.
