Birrificio Fiorentino - BLK

BLK, is a beer with a very intense dark color, which however differs from a true stout/porter both for the use of roasted malt in multiple stages of production and for the more abundant use of hops than usual, especially at the end of the boil. What you get is a beer with a perfect balance between the roasted coffee notes of the "black" malts and the more floral and fruity ones of the hops, all softened by a soft nuance given by the small addition during fermentation of 100% dark chocolate from the fine Florentine chocolate maker Vitali.
