In our Zenzero, the use of malt is accompanied by a generous dose of rice, which gives a beautiful fragrance without increasing the alcohol content. The fresh herbaceous note of the prized Japanese Sorachi Ace hops is added, at the end of the boil, with lemon peel and grated fresh ginger. What you get is a beer with a strong and unusual aroma, pleasant but not demanding, excellent as an aperitif and perfect for the summer.
