Tipopils is an "archetypal" beer: it corresponds to and embodies the idea of light beer, which has been ingrained in our DNA for many centuries. A timeless brewing classic, of exceptional balance and elegance... An embrace of malt and hops, which has set the standard since 1996. Brewed through infusion of Pilsener and Caramunich barley malt, fermented with a very popular German bottom-fermenting yeast. German hops for bitterness and aroma, both hot and cold (dry-hopping). Initial aroma of citrus-like and herbal hops with hints of fresh yeast, immediately followed by the honey and cereal notes typical of malt, along with a floral scent of chamomile and dandelion. The foam is abundant, fine and compact, and very persistent.
