It is a high-fermentation, light straw-colored golden ale. It is a fresh and thirst-quenching beer suitable for happy hours and light summer dinners. The integration of barley flakes characterizes the smoothness of its foam. Non-filtered and non-pasteurized beer, re-fermented in bottle. It must be preferably stored in vertical position, far from direct light and heat sources. The presence of a slight sediment at the bottom it’s a sign of its extreme quality.
